CCJTA is an independent political subdivision of the commonwealth of Virginia, pursuant to Virginia Code 15.2-1747.
There are several features that will help you determine the authenticity of the ID card, including:
An Authentic ID card will also have a silver holographic sticker, in the bottom right-hand corner of the back side of the ID, like the one pictured here 
An authentic ID Card will also have a clear overlay on the front of the ID, saying ‘VALID’ and ‘AUTHENTIC’
